With the advent of XML, SOAP, Web Services and other technologies enabling distributed applications, the world of development has become both more interesting and more sophisticated. Gone are the days of mere client-server or isolated systems. Today, computer systems are comprised of many different interconnected systems "talking" to each other based on the standardized or proprietary technologies. Though, it is almost always preferable to use well-established and standardized communication protocols and technologies.

We have extensive experience with building distributed computer systems. Currently, we are building a casino system as a pure distributed system and Microsoft WCF is used as the communication technology. The whole system runs on a number of servers and is a scalable and robust platform.

Not only have we experience in building distributed systems, we have integrated discrepant systems together thus forming large distributed applications.
